Pillowcase Dress

So, i haven't sewn since I was in middle school but I decided to attempt to make Marlie a pillowcase dress. James' sister, Becky, is graciously allowing me to borrow her sewing machine and now i'm addicted to sewing!! She might not get her machine back, ha! Here's a few pictures of my first attempt at the dress. It took a little while to remember how to do things but now I'm moving right along. I even made her some matching bloomers, however, they're a little tight!! I'm making another dress now and some larger bloomers so hopefully it'll look even better than the first.
